That’s the theme today as we travel in prayer to South Korea, a country known for its fast pace. While modern life hums with intensity in cities like Seoul, it’s easy to become exhausted physically, emotionally, and spiritually. But the good news? In the midst of our weakness, God meets us with His strength.
That’s what one listener from South Korea experienced as they leaned on God’s Word:
“After a busy day, I quietly listened to Dr. McGee. Not only was it encouraging, but it also challenged me to hold onto the cross of Jesus Christ to overcome sin that I commit often. The Word of God always gives me instruction, guidance, comfort, and encouragement. Today, I feel so blessed and inspired by God’s endless grace through 2 Corinthians 13:4: ‘For though He was crucified in weakness, yet He lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in Him, but we shall live with Him by the power of God toward you.’ I admit that I am weak and foolish. However, the Lord in me is always strong and wise. I want to live in the power of God. I praise God who is my strength and firm foundation when I am weak!”
We thank God for how He refreshes His people through His Word. As this listener beautifully expressed, it’s not about our strength but about His. His grace is enough for every moment of exhaustion and every burden we carry.
