From the Shores of Greece: A Journey to God’s Word

Greece, the birthplace of early Christian missions, remains a land with a rich spiritual heritage. Despite its deep historical ties to the gospel, many in Greece are spiritually searching, longing for a renewed connection with God’s Word. Today, with THRU the BIBLE programs, people across the country are encountering Scripture in new and powerful ways.
As the gospel continues to travel across Greece through radio waves and digital platforms, hearts are being stirred. The hunger for God’s truth is real and many are stepping forward to embrace His Word for the first time.
Here’s one testimony from Chris, a listener from Kavala in northern Greece:
"I was traveling by boat from the island of Thassos to Kavala, and I heard your program. I have been wanting to start reading the Bible for a long time, and your program has encouraged me to start reading the New Testament."
Praise God for Chris’ testimony and his desire to begin reading the Bible! God’s Word is always at work, leading people to Him in the most unexpected moments. Whether on a boat, at home, or anywhere else, He continues to call people to seek Him.
Let’s pray for those in Greece who are seeking truth. May God draw them closer to Him, and may the Holy Spirit guide them as they study Scripture. Pray that THRU the BIBLE’s programs continue to reach those who need the hope and salvation found in Jesus Christ.
