From Britney in the USA: “I am free!”

November 22, 2024

… You who seek God, your hearts shall live. -Psalm 69:32

There’s nothing more beautiful than a life transformed by God’s grace and a heart completely surrendered to Him. When we call on His name, He takes us from the depths and breathes new life into us. Let’s celebrate this truth in the life of a fellow listener named Britney:

“I have been fighting an invisible war for a very long time. Listening to your program has encouraged me so much in the Word of God. I know that the only way I’ve made it this far is by His grace—humbled, revived, and saved.

“God has opened doors for me that no one else could. His love and grace are so special, and I’m excited to dive deeper into His works. Where I am weak, He is strong. I wanted to tell you that, even though I don’t have anything to give, you’ve given me something truly from God, and that’s more valuable than I could ever imagine.

“I have peace knowing that, even though I don’t have much to offer, I’m still worthy to hear His Word. He chooses the broken and the poor, and that’s exactly who I am.

“God lifted me up at just the right time, and I was ready to receive it. This is one of the most special days of my life because, as I step into my new life, God is shedding the old and allowing me, as His child, to discover what pleases Him. His promises and His Word are my foundation. I cry because I’m free, not because I’m hurt. I offer these tears of gratitude from head to toe. I pray that God works through me so others who are lost can be found and experience the love and grace He freely gives.”

Praise God that when we seek Him, He is ready to give us new life. (Thank you, Britney, for sharing this special moment with us.)

Pray that more people join us on the Bible Bus and discover that when they seek God, He’ll meet them right where they are. Like Britney, may they realize they too can come empty-handed because He’s already given it all.
