How an MP4 Player Is Changing Lives in Malaysia

In July, our World Prayer Team will focus on praying for the region of Southeast Asia and South Asia. Today, we hear from our faithful partners at Far East Broadcasting Company (FEBC), who are boldly advancing the gospel in Malay-speaking communities. 

FEBC is using THRU the BIBLE teachings distributed on listening devices and on radio stations to minister to people in Malaysia. They invite us to join them in prayer, as sharing Christ in this region carries risks. Their commitment reminds us that faith often calls us to walk forward in courage, trusting God to make the way. Join us in prayer using these requests from FEBC.

Prayer Points

• Pray for God’s guidance as FEBC seeks to optimize ministry in Malaysia, raise up new board members, and prepare the launch of a new radio base.
• Pray for fruitful conversations online and in person as teams distribute MP4 players and engage people in gospel conversations.
• Pray for safety and protection for those working in environments where Christian ministry is restricted or illegal.
• Pray that the hearts of Malay Muslims would be open to the truth and comfort of God's Word.

Through MP4 players and radio broadcasts, people who may never set foot in a church are hearing the Bible in their language. As you pray today, remember our partners on the ground who are not only sharing the gospel but risking much to do so. And pray that THRU the BIBLE in Malay would continue to reach homes, villages, and cities to bring more people the hope of God’s Word.
