That’s what we see today in Germany, where God is working through one family’s pain to reach others with the hope of His Word. Because of THRU the BIBLE, the gospel is reaching into homes, hospital rooms, and hearts. As today’s story reveals, God's Word is being  shared, often in the most unexpected circumstances.

Be inspired by this story from a German program listener:

A listener wrote to us to share about her friend who suffers from multiple sclerosis. This friend is cared for by her mother, who ensures that the radio is switched on when THRU the BIBLE is aired. This allows not only her daughter but also the nursing staff to listen to it. One of the nursing personnel listens to the program at her home as well, and THRU the BIBLE is one of her favorite programs.

We praise God that His Word can bring encouragement to every circumstance. Through the faithfulness of a caregiver and the quiet testimony of a bedridden woman, the light of Jesus is spreading—even to the ears and hearts of nursing staff. What a beautiful picture of God working through suffering to reach others.
