Discovering a Deeper Faith in China

May 14, 2025

Prayer Points

  • Pray for increased understanding – That listeners in China will study and better understand God’s Word using THRU the BIBLE programs.
  • Pray for heart change – That biblical truth will not only inform but change lives.
  • Pray for access – That more people will discover and be able to safely engage with THRU the BIBLE programs across China.

What happens when we not only hear God’s Word but truly understand it?

That’s the powerful testimony we see today from China, where THRU the BIBLE is reaching people with faithful, verse-by-verse teaching. In a country where access to Christian materials can be limited and where public expressions of faith may come at a cost, clear and trustworthy Bible teaching is crucial for believers. Today’s listener reminds us that understanding Scripture leads to life change. Praise God that His Word is going out and He is revealing Himself through every chapter and verse.

Here is a testimony from a listener to the Cantonese program:

“I came to know the Bible in a deeper way through the easy-to-understand teachings of THRU the BIBLE. After listening to Proverbs in the Old Testament and Philippians in the New Testament, I have a more thorough understanding of these books.”

We thank God that His Word is clear and true.  With THRU the BIBLE programs, believers can have a better comprehension that leads to deeper faith. As we pray today, ask God to continue strengthening believers in China. May more people encounter His Word, understand its truth, and be changed forever by its message.
