Have you ever paused to thank God for how easy it is to access His Word?

In Canada, where churches are plentiful and digital access is nearly universal, it’s easy to overlook the incredible gift we have in Bible study tools. From tuning into a car radio to accessing a mobile app during a walk, believers in Canada have many opportunities to engage with God’s Word. 

Today’s story reminds us that these tools allow God to speak: 

“Thank the Lord for TTB! I started listening many years ago on the radio in my car. Then, years later, I started listening on my mobile phone every day. I would listen while walking my dog and would then read the passage at home. My dog passed away and, after that, I began to both listen and follow the Scriptures at home. For me, it has been so much more effective to sit down, listen, and read. All praise be to the Lord!”

We praise God for this faithful listener and all believers across Canada who are drawing near to God. Their story challenges us: Are we taking full advantage of our ability to access God’s Word? And are we letting those moments in His Word shape our days and grow our faith? Let’s lift up a prayer of thanks today for the freedom and tools we often take for granted.
