Good things happen when we share God’s Word

Sharing God’s Word is something we are all called to do (and we love hearing your stories). Recently on World Prayer Today, Jean told us how her granddaughter (whose parents are actually missionaries in Micronesia) is translating Dr. McGee’s sermons into the Chuukese language and sharing them on the local radio station reaching the outer islands. Isn’t that amazing? (See the May 2024 issue of our newsletter for the whole story and pictures.)  

But we don’t have to live in a foreign country or be a missionary or pastor to “get out God’s Word,” as Dr. McGee would say. There are billions of people (perhaps even your neighbors) who need to hear the life-changing power of God’s Word.

Today as we pray for more in Micronesia to hear it and respond, pray about how you can share it with others. Here are a few suggestions:

1. Ask God to open doors to good conversations and open hearts to His love.
2. Invite friends to church with you and lunch or coffee after.
3. Pray with and for those who are struggling.
4. Send texts of encouragement and kindness.
5. Call 1-800-65-BIBLE to order a pack of our Bible Bus Passes to hand out.
6. Share these free resources on how to know God.
