What keeps you from reading the Bible and spending time with God? Hao in China had many reasons. Here’s his story:
“I am grateful for Thru the Bible’s company and help. In the past, I could not persist in reading God’s Word. I felt I did not understand it, I did not have time, or I couldn’t find meaning. Your program has changed all that. Now I not only understand it, but I need it for my life. I have found great treasure within its pages and great comfort for my soul. Thank you for making it so accessible and available. God be with you all.”
THRU the BIBLE is heard in several languages in China, including Cantonese and Mandarin. Ask God to use His Word to bring life to those who hear it. Pray that they overcome the obstacles and excuses keeping so many people from believing Him. Pray He helps us overcome our excuses, too. On days you drag your feet and give in to other priorities, admit it to Him. Like Hao, ask Him to give you a love for and desire to read His Word and meditate on it throughout the day.
